<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">The issue of language policy and management has been tackled by various scholars worldwide, but gaps are observed in studies that explored the language management schemes in schools, particularly in institutions of higher learning. This paper contributes to filling this gap by reflecting on the need to design a language management scheme for the University of Rwanda’s College of Education to promote language proficiency and quality education. Using Gundersen’s language management model as a theoretical framework and drawing from an analytical approach, this article explores the urgent need for developing the language management scheme at the University of Rwanda – College of Education. It highlights the enablers and challenges for developing and implementing such a language management scheme and recommends some strategies to capitalize on those enablers to solve language problems at the College. Throughout the paper, our argument is that a language management scheme is needed for the promotion of the proficiency in all five languages used at the College generally, and in English particularly, which is used as a medium of instruction.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">It has now been clearly established that although the English Language is the highest donor of words to CPE, most of these words have undergone some changes in their meanings. This may equally imply that perhaps the meanings of some words from other sources have developed some changes. The probability of this being true is very high considering the fact that PE is the most widely used lingua franca in Cameroon and this, not withstanding, PE has not been standardized, neither has it been codified. But, one thing remains very clear that in the case of a codification, the various alterations which exist in CPE must be accommodated to a certain extend. The data so far examined are items that mostly feature in the speeches of typical users of CPE. As mentioned above, some of these users are quite conscious of these variations and as such, they sometimes (in certain milieus) avoid some of them. The result is the Anglicization of PE which of course narrows the degree of intelligibility between these users and some classes of people.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">This paper attempts to find out the effect of controlled input and rate of retention of sports metaphors by Bengali speakers of English over a period of 4 weeks. Metaphors are non-literal expressions that contain culture-specific information that does not correspond with what they state (Cooper, 1998). It has been a constant site of struggle for L2 speakers of English to understand metaphors that readily mean something for a native speaker of English. A metaphor brings up an image in the native speaker’s mind but even an imagable idiom some time fails to conjure up images in the L2 speaker’s mind. (Boers and Deemecheleer, 2001). To address this question, a four-week long research is conducted in order to find out the acquisition and retention of 10 sports metaphors from the specific domains of Baseball and American Football. To conduct the study, The Boers (2004) model have been followed. That is: i) by making the figurative language literal ii) by employing learners’ problem-solving skills for retention of the metaphors, and iii) grouping idioms under a broad metaphoric theme for clearer understanding. The results show that controlled and repeated input along with factors like motivation and frequency have instigated into acquisition and retention of the sports metaphors by the participants. It also shows that metaphor acquisition is a socio-cognitive process where a learner learns in the context by analyzing contextual clues and by exchanging between several mental domains. </dc:description>

Grade 1 to 3 used Mother as their medium of instruction by the time they reach grade 4, the language of instruction will shift to English. This paper aims to further analyze if shifting is something to consider as positive. Mixed-method design specifically explanatory sequential design was used to collect and analyze quantitative data through an examination and then obtained qualitative data through interviews. A Likert scale was used to reveal that there is no significant difference in the performance of the pupils who used Pangasinense and English as a medium of Instruction. Since most of the results were interpreted as a beginning, it evidently shows that the pupils at this level struggle with their competency; prerequisite and fundamental knowledge and skills have not been acquired or developed adequately. Therefore, the shifting then of the language can affect the learning ability of the student but not the language itself.</dc:description>

This study indicates that weblog is very useful tool of learning to be used in developing the students’ active writing interaction as well self-assessment. The students could continuously improve their writing skill through studying and sharing their knowledge through weblog and all comments posted by their friends are useful for the improvement of their writing skill. This study adds to the understanding of the use weblog in teaching English, especially in teaching writing. It is also intriguing to the students as they are well exposed to technology in their daily lives. The online environment of weblogs really offers a learning place that encourages collaboration and analytical thinking towards providing constructive comments on their writing assignments necessary for students to improve their writing skill.</dc:description>

The work in this study deals with: the problem of translating terms of address in the Bible of English (SL) into Balinese (TL). As there are several versions of the Bible, the one selected for this study is Today’s English Versions which is translated in Balinese by LAI. Differences in the system of terms of address in English and Balinese become problematic in selecting the appropriate pronoun or noun for terms of address; and this is made complicated by the fact that Balinese has two varieties of language use, i.e. common and high.</dc:description>

This study was conducted using a mixed methods approach. Quantitative analysis of MANOVA was used to know the effect of performance assessment on students’ learning ownership and writing achievement; while qualitative analysis was conducted for data of teacher readiness gathered using questionnaires and interviews. The subjects of the study were 32 EFL teachers and 82 students of Junior High Schools in Bali. Results of the analysis show that performance assessment significantly affects students’ learning ownerships and writing competency; while teachers’ readiness in implementing performance assessment largely depends on the availability of assessment instruments which are different from the traditional multiple choice type test.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Investment of hard earned money is a crucial activity of every human being. Investment is one of the foremost concerns of every individual investor as their small savings of today is to meet the expenses of tomorrow. This study deals with investors' preference of Shares, Debentures, Mutual fund, Bank deposits, and Life insurance, etc. Savings of the people are invested in assets depending on their risk and return demands, the safety of money, liquidity, the available avenues for investment, various financial institutions, etc. In a developing country like India, householder savings and investment is the major source of capital for economic activities. Hence, a study of investment behavior of households has to understand the level of knowledge of householders about investment. If the saving is low, then the investment will also be low leading to low capital formation. <dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Post-colonialism focuses on cultural and national identity in literature produced by the people of current or former colonies in places like the Middle East, South Asia, Africa, and the Caribbean. Many postcolonial authors delve into the issue of gender when expressing their ideas about post-colonialism. How an individual that lives in does, comes from, or has a history with a certain country or region which has been colonized, shape his or her identity? In the work of many Middle Eastern and South Asian authors, gender is one of the best tools to use when exploring identity. In Salman Rushdie’s novel Shame, masculinity and femininity are important factors in how certain characters function. This growing desire to define identity as it relates to the characters in Shame is not only confined to the individuals in the story, but it is also an issue relevant to the nation of Pakistan as well. Most of the characters in the story are symbolic references to actual political figures in Pakistan. In addition, they also represent different periods in the country’s history, both political and social. Rushdie subverts the question commonly posed to migrant intellectuals about their “exilic” identity issues.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Art historians use the discipline of iconography to identify and describe symbols and themes in the subjects of visual arts. The iconographic inquiry is particularly useful for explaining the religious significance of Christian art. One of the first stories the Christian Bible conveys concerns, Adam and Eve. According to the biblical book of Genesis, Adam and Eve were the first man and woman that God created. Adam and Eve disobeyed God’s directive not to eat the forbidden fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. Christians believe Adam and Eve’s disobedience brought sin and death into the world. This essay explores a select cross-section of portrayals of Adam and Eve during various eras of European art history. The goal is to use iconographic analysis to place the Adam and Eve theme within distinct contexts and by so doing better understand its complex functions.</dc:description>

Its existence since the XI century was the year 1001 AD (Çaka 923) and was a fact (relics of material/artifact; social life/sociofact; and concerns about belief/mentifact) which was a living monument. The method used was phenomenology, supported by the concepts and theories of phenomenology, philosophy, religion and religion, architecture, symbols, and perception. The sources and objects of research observations were determined purposively by conducting structured interviews. From the requirements of the resource persons there are 35 object sources and of the 35 objects considered sufficient to be represented by 20-50 percent. <dc:description xml:lang="en-US">This study aims to conduct a study of cultural acculturation in the art of Gendang Beleq as a result of the traditional art music collaboration between Balinese ethnic and Sasak ethnic in Lombok. This research was designed in the type of qualitative research using a case study model. The results of this study obtained three important findings. First, the form of cultural acculturation in the art of Gendang Beleq is a combination of two elements of musical arts, namely Balinese art and Sasak art. In its development, the art of Gendang Beleq was influenced by Balinese music which began with cultural acculturation between Balinese ethnic and Sasakethnic in Lombok. This influence can be seen in the form of composition, as well as musical elements of Balinese karawitan which are processed or worked on into the Gendang Beleq art, making this art very attractive. The factors that cause the acculturation of Balinese audio musical in the Gendang Beleq art because of the emergence of the idea of ??combining two musical art identities can produce added value to cultural arts work of artistic creativity.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Behind the uniqueness of the Omed-omedan tradition, it is not uncommon for some people to ridicule or even discriminate against the traditions of the Banjar Kaja. This is because it is considered not following generally accepted norms, especially Eastern culture. Due to the conditions that occur in the field related to the Omed-omedan tradition which is widely misinterpreted, a communication strategy is needed to implement the program used to introduce the Omed-omedan tradition. This research using qualitative descriptive methods and use theory by Cutlip and Center about Communication Planning. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. The research results obtained in this study are 1) Fact-Finding Stage which is found through understanding the background of the Omed-omedan tradition. 2) The planning stage makes a communication plan such as who will be the communicator, what messages are conveyed, the media used, set targets, and compile program planning. 3) The Communication Action Phase is carried out by implementing the Sesetan Heritage Sesetan Festival. 4) The Evaluation Phase is only an internal evaluation that is carried out routinely when the Sesetan Heritage Sesetan Festival ends.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Institutional capability becomes a measure of understanding and ability of local governments in disaster management efforts. This study aims to analyze and describe the institutional capabilities of the Bima District Government in disaster management. This study used the descriptive qualitative method. The results showed that disaster management policies have not become a priority for Regional Government policies. Financial resources are still minimal where the budget ceiling in regional disaster management has not met the 1 percent figure, even though according to the law it requires at least 1 percent of the APBD, causing ineffective institutional integration and coordination, thus collective efforts to achieve disaster management objectives are also not maximal. The low disaster resilience index in Bima Regency is still at level 3 based on the indicator H Yogo Frameworks for Actions (HFA). It explains that the local Government of Kabupaten Bima has implemented efforts to reduce disaster risk, but with achievements that are still sporadic due to the absence of institutional commitment and systematic policies and weak budgetary support.</dc:description>

Increasing knowledge of Islamic law's sociology for modern Muslims is closely related to the progress and awakening of Islamic civilization in Indonesia. To find out, we have done a series of preliminary reads with an assembled online data-based searching system with the above theme variables. Furthermore, an in-depth study and analysis carried out using a phenological study approach to answer the problems of this research so that findings that meet the principles of validity and reliability. Considering all these research variables and data analysis, we can finally explain some of our findings, including how modern Indonesian society changes and understands the sociology of Islamic law and the relationship between the two changes. This change concerns the social life of Islamic law. How do Muslim societies understand their religious laws when living and working in modern societies that sometimes experience changes and differences in understanding the social order of religious law and social life.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">This business study examines experts' and academics' opinions on managing human resources (HR) in business activities to obtain sustainable benefits. Listening to experts' opinion that business activities will bring huge sustainable benefits if each company or organization empowers excellent human resources when they want to get profit and sustainability in the future and other benefits. To prove the experts' opinions, we have conducted a series of data collection consisting of literature searches, observations, and documentation to prove these assumptions. Furthermore, the data were analyzed by defining research questions, collecting answers by sharpening correlations and comparisons between questions and answers or findings. Finally, we interpret in-depth whether the findings are valid and reliable – we do this with a phenomenological design approach. Based on the data and analysis results above, it can be concluded that empowering superior human resources in the company's program will undoubtedly achieve sustainable benefits because managing HR in the company will significantly affect the profitably sustainable outcome. Therefore, this study's outcomes will help academics and policymakers design new companies and educational HR management.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Tourism industry in Indonesia is hindered by barriers in its development. There are internal barriers (denial from immigrant, old tradition) and also external barriers (new skill, Covid-19 pandemic) that affect its governance. All of them stem from human resources problems that should be overcome immediately. Using funding from the Ministry of Tourism, this research aims to address said barriers and overcome human resources problems in the tourism industry, especially in Nusa Tenggara Barat. The researchers who are based in Tourism Polytechnic Lombok seek the answers from vocational higher education overview. The answers are gathered by summarizing from the Focus Group Discussion process and also benchmarking with another tourism polytechnic in Indonesia. The results are as follows: (1) NTB, as a unique combination of the tourism industry, has big potential and upcoming modern destination (Mandalika) which should become better in the future, (2) Internal barriers factor can be overcome by optimizing local human resources, (3) In problem-solving of external barrier factor, Tourism Polytechnic should also provide IT skills to support e-tourism implementation, and (4) Human resources problem in the tourism industry has a root cause in early vocational higher education which holds important factors in overcoming the problems.</dc:description>

However, along with social changes with higher social strata competition, the dowry value is increasingly tarnished. This research was conducted to see changes in the dowry's value that are not following the purpose of marriage value. This study used a literature review by collecting some literature related to marriage and dowry in Islam. The research results from this study found several findings in the study, including; First, the dowry value following the Shari'a in Islamic teachings by not burdening humans to establish a household has been tainted from the human lifestyle demands. Second, the high dowry value given to men to women is a symbol of social strata for society. Third, the higher the dowry value is given and the higher the view of the community's social strata, the greater the incidence of infidelity, both husband and wife, so that almost the whole world proves that the divorce rate is getting higher.</dc:description>

The long history of the existence of the Wayang Krucil in Kediri Regency cannot be separated from the shift in the socio-cultural situation and the development of political sects in the region. The phenomenon that encourages the practice of ideological contestation in the Wayang Krucil Kediri. This study took place in the Cipto Manunggal Mystical Society in Senden Village, Kayen Kidul District, Kediri Regency. This study uses a cultural studies approach with critical ethnographic methods. The results of this study indicate that the existence of the Wayang Krucil Kediri in the village of Senden is supported by the Cipto Manunggal Kebatinan community, which seeks to maintain the standard of Krucil Kediren's wayang, through the maintenance of the gendhing gagrak Kediren, the use of jangkep gamelan, and the maintenance of the palace-style performance model. Wayang Krucil Kediri has also become an ideological symbol of the Javanese Islamic mysticism movement as a representation of Kejawen culture.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">This paper aims to provide an overview of how the efforts for mutual hegemony and social capital performance are carried out by each conflicting party. This is done by highlighting the discourses raised by each conflicting party. For this reason, there are four theories referred to deconstruction theory, hegemony theory, power and knowledge theory, and communicative action theory. The research method applied is qualitative. Data was collected employing observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation techniques. Data analysis was carried out interpretively and deconstructively. The results of the research regarding the efforts of mutual hegemony and counter-hegemony as well as the performance of social capital above can be concluded as follows. 1) Efforts for mutual hegemony and counter-hegemony between parties involved in the border conflict are full of efforts to pressure each other and point out the mistakes of the opposing party. 2) The purpose of hegemony and counter-hegemony as well as the show of social capital is for the opposing party to follow the will behind the hegemony, counter-hegemony, and show social capital, namely accepting the claim. 3) Considering that each party remains adamant on its claims and mutually hegemony.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">This study aims to explain why Hindu-Islamic intercultural communication occurs at the Kramat Ratu Mas Sakti Temple in Cemagi Village, Mengwi District, Badung Regency. Exploring the process and what are the implications of communication for religious harmony. This research is expected to provide understanding, information, and scientific understanding to the general public. This study uses three theories, namely (1) phenomenological theory, (2) intercultural communication theory, (3) reception theory. Philosophically, phenomenological theory places humans as creative actors in their social reality. Social reality is not a static tool of the coercion of social facts. that is, human actions are not completely determined by norms, habits, and values. Temple which is normatively a sacred place of Hinduism is used to perform rituals or worship together between Hindus and Muslims. Operationally, this theory can be used as a research methodology in revealing existing social realities.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">In the article, the historical development of Uzbek national costumes, sewing techniques, fabric colors, and types of fabrics are described. The clothes are very diverse, colorful, and attractive, the social status of the people, the place where they live, the happy or sad events in their lives are reflected in them. In particular, the historical processes that took place in society in the late XIX and XX centuries, changes in socio-political, cultural, and economic spheres, as well as the rapid development of the textile and clothing industry, the steady growth of people's tastes, and the clash of different cultures led to revolutionary changes in clothing. The study of Uzbek national costumes from a historical ethnographic point of view reflects the ethnic history and culture of the people, their interactions with other peoples. Traditions, social relations, some elements of ideology, religion, elegance, and aesthetic norms are reflected in the clothes.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Mathematical language is a form of communication during the process of teaching and researching the major. Developing mathematical language for primary school students is an essential mission as an initial impetus to help learners get acquainted with the subject. The study objective focuses on evaluating the effectiveness of the proposed measure of mathematical language development for primary school included in the research content. The research methodology is based on the research conducted from September 6, 2018 to October 25, 2018 at Thach Khoi Primary School, Hai Duong city, which consists of 75 students in the experimental group and 80 students in the control group. The research used several questionnaires, tests, and in-depth interviews. Finally, the result showed that the proposed measures have created a deeper understanding of mathematics, more confidence, autonomy in learning for students and developing ability in overcoming psychological obstacles such as shyness, apprehension. In this way, learners can orientate logic coherently, clear expression, and have a long-term memory of mathematical knowledge. Meanwhile, for the students in the control group, there was no significant change in math language, and learning results were not upgraded.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">The article examines suro nipa, a popular maxim of the Akan people of Ghana, against the backdrop of a fictional tale told in the popular Akan novel by A. E. Asiamah titled Suro Nipa. An ambitious young man named Kwabena Anson who owned a flourishing business was driven by arrant desire for instant fabulous wealth to engage in a fiendish act. He sought the assistance of a money-making spiritualist who requested him to spiritually sacrifice the life of a beloved relative for great wealth. For the ritual, Kofi Asomani was spiritually slain by Kwabena Anson who then became fantastically affluent. Throughout the story, Kwabena Anson’s demeanor did not change, giving no clues about the abhorrent act he had committed. Many people were flabbergasted about his instant, fantastic wealth. In the end, Anson inadvertently consumed pork, violating the money ritual’s biggest taboo. He became violently ill and confessed his misdeeds before dying a wretched death. No one in Anson’s social circles ever suspected that Anson’s newfound wealth was attributable to blood sacrifice and that he had spiritually caused his uncle’s untimely death. This shocking story confirmed many people’s perception of human nature as vile, and therefore, needing to be feared.

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Rumi was one of the most famous Sufi, poet, and spiritual teachers who have globally drawn the attention of many. Rumi's teachings have been valued and used by Sufi masters after him, and are studied in contemporary mystic circles. Not only Sufis, but others as well refer to his teachings for lessons, and those who enjoy poetry are intoxicated by Rumi's magical words. He views that, humans tend to move upwards to realize their potential. Rumi’s poetry whether or not is the result of his ecstatic moment is a reflection of his close relationship with people around him. Despite his greatness as a scholar, he always mingled with society, listened to their sharing, and advised them to solve the problem. This interaction created a paradigm that enabled him to see things as a whole, in an interactional way that is interconnected as a harmony. Thus, this paper attempts to review and analyze Rumi’s life and his contributions in the fields of spirituality and philosophy.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Researchers that have examined the contribution of the Albubo Festival to local development have focused more on its economic impact. Consequently, this study aimed to examine the participation of the residents as well as the effectiveness of the festival itself. The results showed that passive participation (level 2) is the most prevalent. It implies that the residents are interested in having joint effort with the Local Government Unit (LGU) and with the organizers of the cultural festival. The tools to enhance effective community engagement in Albubo Festival were informing decisions, building capacity, and strengthening relationships. The results also revealed that there is an insignificant relationship between the level of participation of Buguias residents on the Albubo Festival and its effectiveness in community engagement. It implies that the level of participation of the residents does not influence the level of effectiveness of the Albubo Festival in community engagement or vice versa. Thus, passive participation, functional participation, participation by consultation, and empowered participation are not related to the effectiveness of the activities such as cultural presentations, Ukob, agricultural trade fair, agri-booth competition, and inter-barangay sports competition held during the celebration.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">The primary purpose of this study is to increase legal awareness of national defense efforts through socializing activities on social network media in Indonesia. Our data is obtained from various publication sources in books, magazines, articles, and other websites. Furthermore, we analyzed the data using a phenomenological approach to get many conclusions to get valid findings to answer the problem. Based on the analysis and discussion of the data, we can report that efforts to increase legal awareness for the Indonesian generation to increase national resilience through activities on social media are by providing awareness, understanding, and transparent legal sanctions on how activity on social media is not against the law either individuals or groups and any parties so that later it reflects a community of young Indonesians who are aware of the law and eventually become a national power. We hope that these findings will serve as a reference for future studies.</dc:description>

Structure/methodology /approach-10 teachers participated in this study, who were also involved in the research carried out within the framework of the project "teacher reflection for quality early inclusive education". An early inclusive education environment self-reflection method was used, developed within the framework of the early childhood inclusive education (I) project implemented by the European agency for special needs and inclusive education from 2015 to 2017 (www.european-agency.org/agency-projects/inclusive-early childhood-education), our adapted version. Research is qualitative. The reflection method included four open questions: This article reflects educators on the "inclusive environment of teaching and learning". Conclusion: the survey participants ' responses prove that educators and educators are aware of the desire and need to increase their knowledge about the inclusive environment of learning and teaching, but they find it difficult to reflect on these issues and analyze them based on their practice, which can again be considered as their low competence in this regards. Novelty/value: the study of teacher-educator reflection is not conducted on the example of our practice. </dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">The COVID-19 pandemic has become a scourge for performing arts activists. The impact narrows the movement of art life, both formal and non-formal. Creative people try to be creative in finding breakthroughs to overcome this stagnation. This cannot be done unilaterally, it needs cooperation with the Business World and the Industrial World (DUDI) to communicate the results of the work. Solving problem, through the Diktiristek Matching Fund Program, the Faculty of Performing Arts (FSP) of the Indonesian Arts Institute (ISI) Denpasar in collaboration with PT. Bali Ranadha Television, created the work of Darmaswami Tantri Dance Theatre, which combines elements of tantri dance theater with cinematographic techniques into a virtual masterpiece. Using the technology transfer method is the transfer of the ability to utilize, master science, and technology. The goal is to increase art knowledge, produce quality creations, continue artistic work, and can be enjoyed by the public through virtual communication</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">This study conveys how to learn with digital media so students can easily understand the material presented independently. The research aims to create new learning innovations through digital audio-visual media easily accessible via mobile phones. Teaching media is made as a barcode that can be scanned and then pasted into the teaching material book. Audio-visual material can then be displayed on the topics discussed in the textbook. Students can easily understand the material because digital media can be explained in detail and completely about the material in student textbooks. The approach is carried out through the local wisdom of Sad Kerti Loka Bali in the Jagat Kertih section, which means glorifying the human environment so that students can adapt the teaching materials. The method used in this research is the Qualitative Method. The design process is carried out in three stages: pre-production, production, and post-production. In testing, in the first stage, students were taught conventional face-to-face methods. Then in the second stage, learning was carried out by adding digital material and being observed. Tests were carried out on early childhood students, teachers as material experts, and visual communication designers as media experts.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">This study discussed practical work methods for architectural tasks based on digital technology. We carry out a series of data thefts and analyze them under a phenomenological approach. Among other things, we code the data, evaluate interpretations and draw conclusions to get valid and convincing answers. Searching for data electronically on publications released between 2010 and 2022 is because, during this era, there was a rapid development of the use and transformation of lodges in the world. After reviewing the data, we reported it qualitatively by relying on secondary data in a systematic review design. The results include that digital applications have helped architects' world tasks effectively and efficiently. We hope these findings contribute to the works of academics, researchers, and policymaking.</dc:description>

Dharmaning ksatrya leadership is a Hindu leadership value based on dharma as philosophy and pesaja as ethics in improving bureaucratic performance. The process of forming a santi work culture in the Klungkung Regency Government is carried out in stages and continuously. Starting with the significance stage (discussing changes in the socio-cultural work of the bureaucracy) followed by aspects of domination (control of political and economic resources) and legitimacy with the enactment of a Klungkung Regent Regulation No. 14 of 2021 concerning the Code of Ethics for State Civil Servants of the Klungkung Regency Government.</dc:description>

We have virtually searched data from several sources to prove and align this discussion. We analyzed it in the phenomenological approach chapter, which involves, among other things, a data coding system, a thorough evaluation of in-depth interpretation, and concluding so that this study can obtain valid and reliable findings. Based on the findings and discussions validated by scientific evidence, fisheries extension consultation through the assistance of digital fisheries applications in coastal communities in Indonesia is a breakthrough carried out by the government supported by the private sector and the participation of fishing communities. These findings will provide new insight into increasing the scientific repertoire of fisheries and technology studies. Therefore, it will be helpful for academics, industry, and the wider community.</dc:description>

The entire population of 120 employees was included in the study, and the census method was employed to determine the sample size. The multiple linear regression analysis findings revealed a positive and significant influence of both compensation and the work environment on employee performance. Particularly noteworthy was the effectiveness of compensation in facilitating urgent leave situations. Furthermore, it was emphasized that the physical work environment, encompassing facilities, workspace layout, and air circulation, necessitates thorough evaluation. To enhance employee performance, a recommended strategy involves implementing training and competency improvement initiatives.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">This research investigates the influence of transformational leadership style and work discipline on employee performance in the Regional Revenue Agency of South Sumatra Province. The population of this study comprises all civil servants (PNS) in the Regional Revenue Agency of South Sumatra Province in 2023, totaling 107 employees, all of whom were included as samples using a census technique. The multiple linear regression analysis results indicate that transformational leadership style and work discipline positively and significantly impact employee performance. The role of transformational leadership style necessitates the provision of appreciation, support, and motivation to employees. Additionally, work discipline requires strict measures for employees who violate institutional regulations, such as issuing warning letters to those who frequently breach the established rules, especially regarding attendance during working hours. Furthermore, leaving the office should align with approved permissions and be related to work responsibilities rather than personal interests.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">This research aims to determine the impact of emotional intelligence, organizational commitment, and organizational citizen behavior on the performance of employees at Bank Sumsel Babel Assistant Branch Sungsang. The population and sample in this study were all operators at Bank Sumsel Babel Assistant Branch Sungsang in 2023, totaling 39 employees, using a census method in sample determination. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that emotional intelligence, organizational commitment, and organizational citizen behavior positively and significantly affect employee performance. Emotional intelligence requires a role for supervisors in providing work motivation to employees. The lack of motivation from supervisors makes employees face challenges in solving existing problems and not being allowed to express their opinions. Organizational commitment indicates that employees have contributed well, so the company needs to provide rewards to employees who perform well and excel. Organizational citizen behavior highlights the role of supervisors and company management in providing opportunities for employees to contribute to the company's development by offering training and education to higher levels.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">A study of the impact that technological tools have on the activities of teaching the English language to deaf students is shown. The difficulties that this segment of the student population has in relation to the resources or materials available for the teaching-learning process of the English language, in addition to the difficulties they have in the development of these language skills. In this sense, the research adopted a mixed qualitative-quantitative approach. The objective was to diagnose the technological tools used in learning the English language in the EGB student of the Liceo "El Oasis", and analyze the results obtained through the application of data collection instruments designed based on the declared variables. The result was that the causes that make learning the English language difficult for students with hearing disabilities is demotivation, according to 50%, indicating that they cannot establish fluid communication. The main conclusion revolves around that the EducaPlay Educational Software can contribute to the development of the English language skills of students with hearing disabilities; but now, teachers do not know about this type of application. It must be considered that the case studied does not learn at the same pace as his peers. </dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Literary experts consider memoirs as a subvariety of documentary narrative genre, in which the stories of the past are narrated and the author himself is a participant or eyewitness of these stories (recently, such works are also considered as non-fiction literature). Unlike fictional literature, memoirs, to some extent, have a cognitive function, which is determined by the author’s preferences – whether he/she wants to describe personal, autobiographical occasions or narrate matters of public importance. Kati Dadeshkeliani (1890-1977) was a Georgian emigrant, representative of the ruling family of Svaneti, participant of the First World War, knight of the two crosses of St. George. With regards to her memoirs – "A Princess in Uniform" – it can be said that the ratio is maintained; the author, on the one hand, tells us about the important stages of her life and, on the other hand, she reminisces the past (the author collected her notes at the age of 44 and compiled them into one book) and, based on a certain conceptual vision, she gives us an analysis of the events that happened in a considerable period of time. </dc:description>

Guided by the post-colonial theory as the framework and textual analysis as a tool, this study underscores that local films serve as space for the Kankanaey to counter the alternate realities about them being reinforced in Philippine mainstream media. In particular, local films counter the misrepresentations by emphasizing agency. This paper further proposes that local films serve as a tool for resistance against misrepresentation in mainstream cinema. Containing constructive representations of their complex lives, the production of local films should be sustained.</dc:description>

The methodology has a quantitative approach; scientific information on the development of creative writing and literature was contrasted as a component to improve skill deficiencies in students. In addition to research instruments, a survey and an interview were applied. and an observation sheet that experts in Language and Literature validated to determine the problem and try, through the proposal, to improve the problems that arise in teaching practice. The results showed that students exposed to creative writing through literature demonstrated significant improvements in writing skills, including idea elaboration, grammar, and sentence structure. There are difficulties such as the limited promotion of creative writing through literature by the Educational Institution, in addition to the fact that technological tools are not used. However, teachers use meaningful educational strategies and activities, such as motivation, that foster the student's internal inspiration. </dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">A diagnostic study carried out in the third year of Basic Education in the Jeremías Velásquez Educational Unit of the Chone canton about reading and the use of literary corners for its development, showed that there are problems in the development of reading in students, specifically in the determination of main ideas, secondary ideas, in the understanding of messages and the motivation towards it. Furthermore, the study also revealed that the literary corners established for this purpose are not used adequately for pedagogical practice. Based on the above, the objective of this work is to develop a didactic strategy to promote reading from literary corners in the third year of Basic Education of the Jeremías Velásquez Educational Unit of the Chone canton. The methodology followed is a mixed approach, and the sample consisted of a total of 25 students from the third year of Basic Education, 17 parents, and nine teachers. Through the socialization workshops, the feasibility and objectivity of the practical implementation of the proposal were demonstrated.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">This study aims to analyse the effect of digital service transformation on customer satisfaction at PT PLN (Persero) South Sumatra, Jambi and Bengkulu Distribution Unit (UID S2JB). This transformation is realised through technology-based service innovations, such as the PLN Mobile application, which is designed to provide easy access, transparency, and responsiveness in services. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method through a questionnaire to 100 respondents who use the PLN Mobile application. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that digital service transformation has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.588 indicates that 58.8% of the variation in customer satisfaction can be explained by the digital service transformation variable. These findings reinforce the importance of digitalisation as a key strategy in improving service quality and customer satisfaction in the electricity sector.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">This study discusses the legal implications arising from the failure to extend the Right to Build (HGB) on state-owned land using a literature review method. The failure to extend the HGB results in the land reverting to state ownership and severing the legal relationship between the HGB holder and the land. This situation directly impacts legal certainty and protection of ownership rights over buildings constructed on the land. Buildings standing on state-owned land without a valid legal basis become vulnerable to expropriation, demolition, or other administrative actions by the government. This study emphasizes the importance of awareness and administrative compliance among HGB holders to renew their rights to ensure legal certainty, asset protection, and prevent economic losses. This study is expected to serve as a reference for building owners, the government, and policymakers in understanding and anticipating the legal consequences that may arise.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">This paper investigates the role of university leadership in managing strategic quality development in Vietnamese higher education institutions. Drawing on a mixed-method design, the study combines survey data from 287 university leaders and faculty members with 24 semi-structured interviews and document analysis from eight institutions. Quantitative results reveal that leadership effectiveness significantly predicts strategic quality development, which in turn influences institutional performance. Qualitative findings highlight the importance of participatory planning, digital transformation, and internal feedback mechanisms. The study aligns with global literature on leadership and quality, while offering localized insights from the Vietnamese context. It concludes that effective leadership is essential for integrating innovation, accountability, and sustainability into institutional strategies, and for achieving long-term quality goals.</dc:description>

<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">This literature review examines the cognitive processes involved in code-switching and translation in English as a Foreign Language (EFL) classroom through the analysis of 23 quantitative studies published between 2010 and 2024. Using desk research methodology with systematic content analysis, this study investigates how these two pedagogical strategies differ in their cognitive demands, implementation patterns, and learning outcomes. From the analysis, three themes were identified: (1) cognitive load and the mechanisms of learner processing, (2) factors influencing teacher decision-making, and (3) student learning outcomes alongside their affective reactions. It was found that code-switching functions as a cognitive process that is automatic and responsive to context, supporting real-time meaning construction, while translation engages more focused, analytical cognitive processes centered on linguistic accuracy as well as metalinguistic scrutiny. The study focuses on teacher cognition, student proficiency level, and task complexity as the primary ones determining strategy choice. The findings indicate that both strategies are used in an EFL context for complementary rather than opposing purposes, with code-switching promoting communicative fluency and translation promoting communicative precision. The article ends with proposals for advanced organized training for teachers and balanced instruction that incorporates both strategies, tailored to defined objectives and contextual frameworks.</dc:description>
