Cerebrovascular disease is one of the most important medical and social problems not only in our country, but all over the world. Because of the prevalence of the disease, the high mortality and disability rates, the inability of many survivors to continue their activities, and the loss of their place in society, the problem is further compounded. Therefore, the fate of patients with cerebrovascular disease is not limited to neurology; rather, it has become a problem for society as a whole. This disease is increasing in the developed countries of the world, including Uzbekistan. The present article discusses the cognitive disorders in stroke.
