Harmony and tolerance as a tengger identity: reflections for Indonesian identity and unity degradation Haliim, Wimmy Tengger Identity Indonesian Unity Identity Degradation Harmony Religious Tolerance The degradation of our Identity and Indonesian Unity is an important issue to be discussed. The Conflict number Because of Ethnic, Religion, and Race (SARA), which always occur in various regions in Indonesia is the fact that the Identity and National Unity has degraded. Through Phenomenology Research Methods, researchers doing research to lift to the surface on the local wisdom of the Tengger’s in Ngadas Village, District Poncokusumo, Malang. The Local Wisdom Such is the Identity of Tengger. Tengger Identity is Harmony and Tolerance. Religious differences are not a problem for them, because of the attitude of harmony and tolerance entrenched for a long time. The impact, in some decision making of political or social issues, The Tengger’s never used Voting, but the Musyawarah untuk Mufakat (The Council for Consensus). Thus, the Unity community is a positive result obtained by the Tengger’s. In the end, the phenomena Ngadas village could be a reflection and a reference for us to reflect and initiate back the Identity and National Unity of the United Nation of Indonesian Republic. The equivalence and non-equivalence of proverbs across cultures: Indonesian and English Lubis, Syahron Culture Meaning Metaphor Equivalent Proverb The aim of the present study is to examine whether or not proverbs, culturally-related medium of communication, are equivalent across cultures. The proverbs compared are derived from Indonesian and English cultures, as two distinct cultures. Fifteen Indonesian proverbs and fifteen English proverbs have been compared to prove whether or not they are equivalent in terms of meaning, linguistic form and culture. The proverbs are collected from a list of well-known Indonesian and English proverbs. Since almost the thirty proverbs are expressed in metaphorical meaning and since Indonesian is still foreign to many international readers the literal meaning of lexical items found in the proverbs have been glossed in brackets followed by the explanation of the metaphorical meaning of the thirty proverbs. Ten Indonesian proverbs are found to be equivalent in terms of meaning to ten English proverbs. In terms of linguistic structure they are almost equivalent that is they are expressed mostly in sentence structure. But they are different in the use of lexical items that constitute the proverbs. Five Indonesian proverbs are found to be nonequivalent to five of English in terms of meaning and the lexical items used to build the metaphor. Thus it is found out that fifteen Indonesian proverbs are equivalent to fifteen English proverbs and five Indonesian proverbs are found to be nonequivalent to five English proverbs. Difficulties of students in English as a medium, a sociolinguistic study of the government colleges in the rural areas of Quetta and Zhob divisions of Baluchistan Khanum, Khatima Siddiqui, Fakhrul Hoda Baluchistan Government Sociolinguistic The general purpose of the study was to analyze the factors, due to which students of Quetta and Zhob Divisions of Baluchistan province are facing difficulties regarding English as a medium. The study investigated the factors which were affecting the student’s efficiency regarding English learning. What was the role of the teacher in improving English among rural area’s students? How was a student-facilitated, to make English easier for him? How trained and qualified teachers use different teaching methods to make English an easier subject for students? All students of the rural areas are not aware of the importance of English in today’s world. All students do not have equal opportunities to get an education in good English medium schools. The study was expected to provide strategies for the improvement of teaching-learning environment for the subject of English. The study was investigated to benefit the teachers in understanding the important methods of teaching English and importance of the role of the teachers. Role of a teacher regarding English teaching and role of students regarding English learning was highlighted. Most of the students were unaware of the importance of English nowadays. Most of the students were unfamiliar with English linguistics. Many teachers were unaware of the importance of effective English teaching methods. Untrained teachers not only spoil the institutions but its educational setup too. Most of the rural area’s students have no base in English. Revenue allocation in Nigeria: implications for sustainable national development Sylvester, Ohiomu Ade, Oluyemi Sunday Federalism Optimal Growth Revenue formula Fiscal Discipline Error Correction Model This study examines the structure and formula for revenue allocation in Nigeria and highlights its implications for sustainable national development. The work uses the methodology of Error correction model (ECM) in conjunction with diagnostic tests of variables using Johansen Co-integration tests for robust policy recommendations. Using the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) as the dependent variable and Revenue allocation to the three levels of government, inflation, and lending interest rate as the independent variables, the results from the study show that revenue allocations and the other variables have a significant relationship with economic growth in Nigeria. Based on our findings, the study recommends among others that there should be accountability and transparency in the federating units to achieve national goals and objectives. Various levels of government should be given adequate funds to enable it to carry out its expenditure responsibilities to accelerate grass root development in the economy. The government should focus on optimal revenue allocation targeted at economic growth to improve the standard of living of the citizenry. These would aid to achieve the goals of desired economic growth and sustainable national development in the years ahead. Critical study of Indian and french philosophical literature: in search of wisdom, spirituality and rationalism Srivastava, Srashti Mishra, Satendra Kumar wisdom Granada mythology metaphysical Shruti The Indian philosophy is enriched with incredible, spiritual wisdom. Indian history is full of examples where the literature was specially designed to promote “the aim of life”. The French literature is known more for its romanticism in the medieval times, pre or post renaissance whereas the Indian literature reflects spiritual romanticism. To begin with the French literature, we found an influence of Granada on the French spiritual literature. It is often said that probably there is no spiritual French writer who has not read Granada, especially of the 17th century. Based on our initial research, we found that French literature is blessed with extraordinary French philosophers. The wisdom in the French literature in fact worked as a catalyst in French enlightenment. Shruti, as per the Indian mythology are the words of god passed on to the mortals and spread verbally through generations. The four Vedas come under this category. Smriti means the literature which must be remembered after listening or reading and can be written. The works like Upanishads, Brahmanas and Puranas come under this category. The very essence of the Indian philosophical wisdom is to transform the metaphysical agony into spiritual peace. From educational philosophy perspective, lesson planning, learning process, and learning outcomes are integral parts. This research is conducted in CIPP model evaluation methods, purposive random sampling, and mixed methods. Badrus woman Baliem Valley anthropocentrism capitalistic ecofeminism This research was conducted to investigate capitalistic anthropocentrism to nature and woman in Tanah Tabu. Here, Freeport is an actor of capitalistic anthropocentrism while Baliem Valley and female character in Tanah Tabu are representatives of exploited objects. By analysis, the theory of ecofeminism by Vandana Shiva is used here to answer the questions of the research. Therefore, the implication is to study act of capitalistic anthropocentrism of Freeport examined based on the purpose of western colonialism (United Stated of America) that came to Papua by developing mining industry. In the process, the mining industry run by capitalist faced the problem being tried to solve by using modern science and spirit of developing civilization as an effort to cover their act. In this case, ecofeminism shows role of women in struggling their exploited home (nature). This fact appears from relationship between women’s domestic life and nature that cannot be vanished. The discussion results in this study is firstly, the character of capitalistic anthropocentrism by Freeport is known from their motives in developing civilization by modern science, modernism toward conservatism, and colonialism. HRM though regarding policies and practices revolve around recruitment, selection, job placement, the environment of work, performance, productivity and satisfaction issues. GSM companies must emphasize the cordial relationship between employer and employees. The organizational policy spells out the ethics code of conduct, the dos, don’ts and constitution of the GSM companies. This policy guideline determines employees’ practices in terms of behavior, job placement, actions, and job execution. Cooperation between firm and employees is determined by the amount of respect both have for each other. This is due to the fact that learning quality is highly dependent on the professionalism of teachers themselves. Teachers’ management skill of learning system needs to be improved continually. The demands of high competencies envisioned in the predesigned syllabus in line with the applicable curriculum. Lesson plans include learning implementation plan, making teaching media, making students’ worksheets and designing performance-based assessments and product based assessment, as well as authentic assessments urgently, needs to be improved. The present collaborative workshops and mentoring programs could positively develop teachers’ professionalism in conducting the learning process. Usability of innovative learning models in higher education Mantra, Ida Bagus Nyoman Astawa, I Nengah Handayani, Nengah Dwi usability innovative learning models education The present study was conducted to analyze the teaching models employed by English language lecturers in higher education. The analysis includes the selected teachings models and their implementation in real classroom settings. This study made use of a qualitative research design in which the data were analyzed utilizing deep argumentation and the analysis was presented descriptively. The required data were collected through direct observation and in-depth interviews with the selected English language lecturers. The collected data were analyzed in a comprehensive analytical manner to obtain the findings. The findings of the present study indicated that English language lecturers employed various models of teaching. The selected teaching models are based on currently developed language approaches. The classroom observation indicated that the teaching models are sufficiently effective in improving students’ competence. The study implies that English language lectures should maintain the use of appropriate teaching models to enhance their students’ competence. The present study explores teachers’ competences in dealing with instructional constraints to develop a higher quality of learning. The participants were pre-service junior high school teachers. The analysis includes teachers’ strategies in encountering the various constraints and problem faced by the teachers in conducting teaching and learning process. This study made use of a qualitative research design in which the data were analyzed analytically with deep argumentation and presented descriptively. Data were collected through direct observation and in-depth interviews with the selected junior high school teachers. The findings of the present study indicated that pre-service junior school teachers employed some strategies in dealing with the students' learning constraints which mainly modifying teaching strategies and motivating the students to learn more actively. This study suggests that teachers should continually develop their competence in dealing with various problems found in the classroom. The nature of customary land concession in the customary law society Rumiartha, I Nyoman Prabu Buana Poesoko, Herowati Rato, Dominikus customary land customary law communities nature of concession The customary land concession in the customary law community was based on Article 18 letter B section (2) the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia & Constitution No. 5 of 1960 concerning Basic Rules of Agrarian Principles (Peraturan Dasar Pokok-Pokok Agraria or UUPA). UUPA is the legal basis for regulating customary land concession in customary law communities, however, there is a blurring of norms in the ATR Minister Regulation / Head of BPN No.18 / 2019 Article 1 number 2 stated customary rights is communal. After tracing it in the UUPA it does not recognize communal rights but is called customary rights, as stated in Article 3 of the UUPA relating to customary rights. This means that there are vague norms. Whereas in principle is based on Article 16 of the UUPA letter h, that is, other rights that are not included in the rights mentioned in UUPA will be determined by the constitution. Systemic Functional Linguistics serves verbs within clause as a process. The kinds of the process can be identified based on the activity done in the text. This research analyzed the usage of a process in Pan Balang Tamak text. The research aimed to find out the characteristics of the text. The data were taken from a Balinese narrative book Satua-Satua Bali (Supatra, 2014) the method used for the research was qualitative, library research. The technique used for the research was by splitting the clauses employed in all texts. The clauses were split into arguments such as participant, process, and circumstance. The processes became the research concern. The processes were collected based on the types. Participants and circumstances were not analyzed. The theory used to analyze the data was the theory concerned with transitivity proposed by Halliday. The sampling technique uses proportional random sampling. Data analysis techniques using Path Analysis with lenier and additive models and model validity. The method of presentation uses formal and informal methods. The results showed that there was an influence of Work Culture variables on Performance, although not significant, Work Culture Variables had a significant influence on Work Motivation variables, and Work Motivation variables had a significant effect on Performance variables. The main objective of this study was to find out how the effect of discounts and ticket sales services for buyer satisfaction of the Indonesia Open badminton matches who want to watch the match live. In order to understand how far this effect, the authors have obtained primary data by providing questionnaires for 100 respondents who have purchased tickets to watch the annual sporting event. To facilitate data collection, we used a sample of 100 people as a correspondence obtained through a purposive sampling technique. Meanwhile, our data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis show that service quality, price perception, and business image have a significant effect on the satisfaction of Old Man Barbershop service users. Thus, the results are expected to be useful input for many interested parties, especially barbershop entrepreneurs and similar business practitioners so that they can improve and maintain service quality, price rates, and brand image to increase customer satisfaction, especially Old Man Barbershop. The results of the study found that the results of the Mid-semester assessment using portfolio documentation could be done in children with autism. It was proven that portfolio documentation can answer the stages of children's learning development within a certain period, strengthened by the excellent cooperation between classroom teachers and special companion teachers in the learning process as a mid-semester assessment for children with autism. However, it also has inhibiting factors, namely changes in mood in children, both those influenced by internal and external aspects of autistic children. This study used a survey method with a quantitative approach. The data analysis used path analysis to test the hypothesis. The population was all the lecturers in the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Education of UIN Syarif Kasim Riau. There were 180 lecturers taken randomly from the total number of 240 lecturers using the Slovin pattern were selected as the sample of the study. The data was collected through a questionnaire. The result of the study revealed that: (1) Teamwork was directly positively effective toward the lecturer organization’s commitment; (2) Motivation Achievement was directly positively effective toward the lecturer organization’s commitment. Therefore, it was concluded that teamwork and motivation achievement could enhance the commitment of the lecturer organization of UIN Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau. This study under the topic presented is firstly done by the researcher. The novelty of the study emerged in the motivation achievement variable in which it dominantly affected the lecturer organization’s commitment. To understand how this policy's implementation and success, we have conducted a series of data collection on ten international publications that raise the issue of prohibiting plastic bags in the Biak area. After collecting the data, it is then continued with in-depth analysis under the phenomenological approach. To ensure our findings are valid and reliable, we relate them to study questions. By considering existing data and evidence from previous studies, we can conclude that our results are, among others. Implementing the regulation on the prohibition of using plastic bags in Biak has not been effective because of the community's readiness and inadequate sanctions. Saraha, Syofyan Kader, Abdurahman Iriyanto, Mikael Pora, Rasid civil servants discipline implementation discipline knowledge government regulation socialization activities This study aimed to determine the implementation of Government Regulation no. 53 of 2010 on the Civil Servant Discipline I Division of General and Secretariat Supplies DaerahKabupaten West Halmahera. The results show that the implementation of Government Regulation No. 53/2010 in the general and equipment section has been running quite well, but some violate these rules. There are 5 violations of employee discipline towards working time efficiency in the general and equipment section, provided that 3 people are given light sanctions, and 2 people are given moderate sanctions. After a more accurate analysis was carried out, it turned out that several factors caused the violation, namely the lack of (1) communication, (2) resources, (3) disposition (attitude of the executor), and (4) bureaucratic structure. Communication between colleagues, both superiors and subordinates, is minimal, resulting in minimal human resources and work discipline knowledge in general and equipment. Besides, implementers or stakeholders' attitude towards the disposition of socialization activities regarding the implementation of work discipline for Civil Servants is not followed up. This research extracted opinions from tourism industry stakeholders by using multiple FGD (Focus Group Discussion) and summarized the result into a recommendation to avoid the declining stage of the tourism industry, especially in West Nusa Tenggara. One of the main conclusive answers is optimizing e-tourism at an innovative pace. However, this step does not only need good commitment, support, and collaborative intention from whole stakeholders but also good preparation from local human resources to support its sustainability. The results showed that the West Java NPCI athletes had a fairly good quality. Trainers at NPCI West Java have qualifications as licensed trainers. The organization of the West Java NPCI has been carried out quite well. The facilities and infrastructure in supporting the implementation of the NPCI West Java platda have quite good criteria. The funding of the West Java NPCI platda has been included in the category good enough for athletes and coaches and intensive bonuses for athletes and coaches. The selection of West Java NPCI athletes has been carried out quite well. The West Java NPCI training program is currently carried out quite well through the suitability of the planning program with the implementation and suitability of independent training. The evaluation of the West Java NPCI platda is carried out by the trainer at the end or after each exercise and runs smoothly. To understand what model to use, we have chosen a descriptive design type with qualitative analysis under the phenomenology approach and in-depth interpretation to achieve this study question. We use a data collection method with several techniques, including direct observation with field studies, semi-structured interviews, and documentation to get data findings that we believe are valid and reliable. Finally, we can conclude our findings between the management of the implementation of education in Vocational High Schools at the Al-Arief Jambi Islamic Education foundation has been going as expected, such as 1) Educational Plan Sector, 2) Learners Development, 3) Fund Management, 4) Human Resources Sector, 5) Learning facility and Promomis, 6) Public Relations Sector. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach through data sources that include learning materials, animated cartoon characters, literature study through the stages of analysis obtained from various sources of information in interactive references. The investigation stages from multiple sources of information, both literature reviews and interviews, were carried out using an interactive model, where each research component includes the steps of data collection, data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The use of cartoon characters in animation learning media is beneficial for students who are very interesting and able to receive material and participate in learning activities. Kuwaiti constitution pays much concern about the right of ownership. There is no risk when the law determines restrictions on the owner’s right to dispose of property, but, the risk occurs when the law permits the will of individuals to dispose of the property. Th privative clause of the disposition of the right of ownership is one of the conditions that are contrary to nature of the contracts that transfer the ownership, rather than lead to the transfer of ownershipthe study  concluded with that Kuwaiti law did not confine the occurrence of the barrier to the disposal of a particular type of legal behaviour. Motive condition determines the privative clause from disposition. Flexibility requires strong motive as a flexible standard that accommodates any situation that arises in the future. Effect of word of mouth, price perception, and product quality on purchase decision pempek the local culinary products in palembang city Setiagraha, Dika Wahab, Zakaria Shihab, Muchsin Saggaf Susetyo, Didik food quality price perception product quality purchase decision word of mouth This study aims to determine whether or not there is an effect of word of mouth, price perception, and product quality on purchasing decisions for Pempek as the local culinary product in Palembang city, South Sumatra, Indonesia. The research results using IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0 software data were obtained from the primary data of 100 respondents. The results found that the variable word of mouth (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, the price perception variable (X2) partially affects the purchase decision, and the product quality variable (X3) partially has a positive effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, word of mouth, price perception, and product quality influence purchasing decisions on the culinary product of Pempek in Palembang City. From the results of data processing, it was found that the coefficient of determination was 77.7% which indicates that other factors influence the remaining 22, 3% as an influence on purchasing decisions. The analysis technique used in this study is to use multiple linear regression analyses. They both affect young boys and girls, some of whom are children (juveniles). Among these juveniles are children who have been involved in criminal behavior like gangism, banditry, thuggery, drug sales and abuse behaviors which are sometimes developed from participation in child labour activities which have become severe in Nigeria. Majority of these activities take the form of street hawking in the Southern part of the country, and street begging in its northern part by children addressed as Almajirai. The effect of internal control on organizational performance in the telecommunications industry in South South and South East Nigeria Simon, Esther control systems internal control management organizational performance telecommunications industry The study focused on effect of admin internal control on performance in telecommunications industry in South South and South East Nigeria. The study employed a descriptive survey research design. Instrument adopted for the study is a structured questionnaire based on simple random sampling method. In addition, interview was also employed to serve as a compliment for the questionnaire. Reliability of the research instrument was tested using the Cronbach Alpha method which revealed that the instrument is reliable. The result of Durbin Watson revealed that the data is free from autocorrelation. Data analysis was done using both descriptive and inferential analysis technique. Descriptive statistics was used to give insight on the respondents profile while inferential statistics was used in the conducting of hypotheses. The two research questions for the study were analyzed using multiple regression model. The study shows that the two null hypotheses were rejected while the two alternative hypotheses were accepted (organization’s internal control environment (p=0.000<0.05, ?=0.890) and risk assessment (p=0.000<0.05, ?=0.242); The study concluded that organization’s internal control environment and  risk assessment, has a positive influence on organizational performance. Because the success of studying abroad is believed to be closely related to the process of selecting university candidates with all the advantages and prestige of each university offered during recruitment promotions, to understand this, we searched for data sources electronically from various international journals and promotional advertisements. We processed this in a phenomenological approach that begins with understanding the problem and the study's hypothesis—the coding system, evaluation, and in-depth interpretation to get the findings' validity and reliability. Our data sources are based on Google Scholar, Microsoft Academic, and other sources from 2010 to 2021. Based on the results of the discussion of the findings data, we can conclude our findings, among others. The decision to study abroad is first beginning with the right subject, course content, sports and societies, student accommodation, and scholarship availability. To get that information, applicants have to research alumni meetings, scholarship tours and promotions, western or eastern countries, and use multiple information sources. For that, we have reviewed a variety of literature and listened to the experiences of other academics published in various international journals. We chose descriptive qualitative content analysis. For example, it involves an in-depth analysis of each expert's experience with an exploratory phenomenological approach. To do this, we involve a coding analysis system, critically evaluate the content and ensure the results are valid and reliable. As for literature sources, we do with the help of the Google Doc application, Eric Publications, Google scholars, and other online literature sources. We do this considering that we did this study in a dynamic era and responded to the pandemic protocol and public restriction in Indonesia. We follow the guidelines of descriptive qualitative studies experts in academic writing and application technology. The result is that most academics say that the Grammarly online application is very suitable for use by writers because its usefulness is beneficial in tracking writing errors. In the last sixteen years, research has shifted to include a focus on the connection between math and literature. This study examines the Twitter ban in Nigeria: a metaphor for impediment on uses and gratification theory. The cross-sectional survey research design method was adopted for this study and an online structured questionnaire was used for data collection. The study population is 120 active social media users. The Stratified random sampling method was used. Using Krejcie Morgan's sample size determination, the sample size was 92 Twitter users. Data collected were analyzed using Simple Percentages as a statistical tool. The findings revealed that the Twitter ban in Nigeria is truly an impediment to the uses and gratification theory. Also, Nigerians depend largely on Twitter to gratify their everyday needs; but with this new law, there is a gap in the need gratification of Nigerians. Twitter is a social media platform designed for the public to freely express themselves while staying connected; it is therefore recommended that the Nigerian government should not overlook the actual purpose of the platform in a bid to create an impression. Those critical psychiatric conditions are influenced by various factors. Although has not been definite proof for the cause of these abnormalities, there is an existing consensus suggesting it is a range of biological, psychological, and social factors. This paper thus provides an overview of previous studies related to psychosocial and biological effects on the development of eating disorders in young adults. It is hoped that additional large prospective risk factors studies coupled with prevention programs targeting the implicated risk factors will shed additional light on the etiologic processes that give rise to these pernicious disorders and permit the development of more effective preventive and treatment interventions. The population in this study were Islamic banks in Indonesia in the 2015-2019 period, which amounted to 189 banks consisting of 14 Sharia Commercial Banks (SCB), 20 Sharia Business Units (SBU), and 164 Sharia People's Financing Banks (SPFB). The sample used in this study was 6 Islamic banks that published financial statements during 2015-2019, with several criteria for determining the sample. Based on the calculation of the average efficiency level of all Islamic banks in this study, in 2015, it was 86.9%, in 2016 it was 93.3%, in 2017, it was 97.2%, in 2018, it was 87.8%, and in 2019, it was 93.6%. Thus, the average level of efficiency at Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia fluctuated during the study period. Increasing the level of efficiency can be done by increasing or reducing the amount of input and output of each Islamic Bank following the input target or output target based on the results of calculations in this study every year and maintaining the input and output targets that have been 100% well achieved. In conducting an assessment, teachers should pay attention to the principles of comprehensive assessment and put a strong emphasis on assessing the three domains. Moreover, the assessment process should be appropriately conducted to obtain real information about the students’ existing abilities. The principle of portfolio assessment is assessment for learning processes, learning outcomes, and continuous assessment. This study was intended to reveal the importance of portfolio assessment as an alternative online learning assessment. Document studies were conducted to collect the data and then the data were critically and descriptively analysed to establish valid and reliable findings. This study revealed that portfolio assessment is an effective assessment to be used to assess the student's competence through online learning systems.  This study implies that teachers should consider utilizing portfolio assessment more intensively in their online learning-teaching activities. The Effect of reading storybooks on the development of theory of mind in preschoolers Rusli, Devi preschooler reading storybooks theory-of-mind The ability of children to predict the mental state of others (theory of mind) is very important in socialization. Reading storybooks can connect children with the views, desires, and beliefs of others. This study aims to determine the effect of reading storybooks on the development of Theory of Mind (ToM) children aged 4-5 years. The measurement of ToM uses the ToM scale developed by Wellman and Liu, and reading a storybook is measured using a questionnaire. The research subjects were 145 children aged 4-5 years (48-71 months, M = 60.38, SD = 5.41) and their parents. Sampling was done using the purposive sampling technique. Test the research hypothesis using simple regression analysis. The results of the study found that R = 0.109, R2 = .012, p> 0.05, meaning that reading storybooks did not significantly affect the development of ToM in preschool children. To develop a firm that has the competitive advantage of value-based, managers need to give attention to its organizational culture. The major objective of the study is to examine the effect of organizational culture on organizational commitment in the Nigerian Brewery Industry. The study made use of a sample size of 208 employees of the selected subsidiaries of the major global players in the Nigerian Brewery Industry. Data was collected from Life Breweries Co. Ltd, Onitsha, Nigerian Breweries Plc, Guinness Nigeria Plc, Pabod Breweries, Port Harcourt, and Voltic Nigeria Limited, Lagos. A cross-sectional survey research design method was used for this study. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis. The findings showed that highly innovative organizations do not see innovation as an end but rather as an avenue to attain strategic goals. The study concluded that bureaucratic culture can give a shape to organizational processes which help to create and modify performance. 21ST century payment channels and the Nigerian ICT sector's performance Benedicta, Owonye 21st century payment channels gross domestic product (GDP) ICT sector’s performance Nigeria This study seeks to empirically investigate the effect of the 21st Century Payment Channels on the internet and Communication Technology (ICT) Sector’s performance in Nigeria from 2012 to 2019. Variables used to measure 21st Century Payment Channels include the volume of automated teller machines, mobile banking, electronic banking, point of sales, and real-time gross settlement while ICT Sector's performance was measured by Contribution of the ICT sector to Gross Domestic Product (GDP). Data were sourced from the CBN Statistical bulletin for the various years under study. The hypotheses of the study were tested using SPSS 23.0 to regress the dependent variable against the independent variables. On the whole, the study discovered that the 21st Century Payment Channels did exert any significant impact on the ICT Sector's performance in Nigeria. Specifically, the result revealed that both the volume of Automated Teller Machines and mobile banking have a negative insignificant impact on ICT Sector's performance. Further, Electronic Banking, Point of Sales, Real-Time Gross Settlements have a positive insignificant impact on ICT Sector's performance in Nigeria. To prove law enforcement and democracy feel, we searched data for 50 articles published between 2010 and 2020. We analyzed them to gain an in-depth understanding of whether our assumptions were correct. We search for data practically, i.e., searching through digital aids on well-known publication data sources such as Google Books publications, Sagepub, Taylor & France, ResearchGate, and many other website data. Since we conducted this study in the era of implementing the national public restriction policy, we decided that this study would rely on secondary data. As for finding the answers to this research, we analyze them by coding, in-depth evaluation, and draw conclusions that answer the problem validly. Based on the discussion of the findings, we can say that the application of law in Indonesia adheres to the civil law legal system in terms of the legal system, political system, legal sources, and system of application; in the form of regulations and laws that are systematically arranged in codification to provide a sense of democracy and justice. Similarly, in the perspective of a network of cooperation between actors and stakeholders in policy implementation, collaboration is a suggested concept, because collaboration concerns inter-organizational relations, inter-governmental relations, strategic alliances and multi-organizational networks (Agranoff, 2004). As a multi-dimensional problem, handling the Covid19 pandemic requires the involvement of various parties to be able to optimize the implementation of policies that have been formulated. This qualitative descriptive research aims to analyze the cooperation of various parties in dealing with COVID-19 in Denpasar City. Data is collected through observations, literature studies and interviews with informants determined by purposive sampling. The results showed that cooperation in the handling of Covid-19 was limited in coordination between government actors, indigenous villages, entrepreneurs (private), universities and mass media. Meanwhile, to optimize the handling of Covid19 requires collaborative cooperation from the actors involved. Learning management in integrating character education Thoyib, Mastur Suhifatullah, Muhamad I. Sutarman, Sutarman Widodo, Widodo character education integrating learning management organizing learning supervising learning The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) learning planning, (2) organizing learning, (3) driving learning, and (4) supervising learning in integrating character education in SMP Negeri Kota Tangerang. This study used a survey method with a one-variable descriptive quantitative approach. The population of this study were 165 teachers at 4 (four) State Junior High Schools in Tangerang City, through the Slovin formula with an error rate of 7.5%, a sample of 86 respondents was obtained. The technique for data collection used a questionnaire. The results of the study: (1) in the lesson planning, the condition is at 56.01% or it is in the medium to good category. However, at the sub-indicator level, it was found that many teachers did not include the material and form of character education evaluation in their planning. (2) in organizing learning, the condition is at 63.91% or it is included in the medium to good category. However, at the sub-indicator level, it was found that many teachers did not have the art of creating a comfortable and pleasant learning atmosphere. (3) in driving learning, the condition is at 61.28% or it is in the medium to good category. Tourism is also the sector that was first hit by restrictions on human mobility and will probably be the last to recover. This study aims to understand the condition of the tourism sector in Singkawang City during the COVID-19 pandemic and how this sector will recover in the future. To that end, this study explores the potential of multi-actor and multi-sector partnerships in restoring the tourism economy. Furthermore, this study uses a qualitative approach with in-depth online interviews with various tourism stakeholders in Singkawang City. This study resulted in a critical finding: the recovery of the tourism economy requires well-established strategic partnerships among various stakeholders. Partnerships must also be reciprocal and balanced for the recovery to run well. That is, a bottom-up approach should be prioritized; higher levels of the hierarchy should only facilitate the coordination process so that realities on the ground and national strategies are linked. This study makes a general recommendation that it is necessary to immediately reposition the government's role towards other stakeholders so that the ideal 'bottom-up' approach does not become mere rhetoric. The theories used in this study include the first theory of Abraham Harold Maslow's motivation which emphasizes the hierarchy of needs and motivations, the second theory of Liberal Feminism in dismantling the concept of patriarchy, and the third, the theory of Hegemony to dissect the problems regarding the implications of Hindu women for themselves, their families, and implications for society in Bandar Lampung. This study uses a phenomenological approach with a critical emancipatory knowledge paradigm. The method used is observation, interviews and literature study with data analysis techniques with qualitative interpretation to explain the sociological phenomena observed in the field in accordance with the meaning given by the research subjects. Analysis of the influence of fundamental and external factors on stock prices in mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange Putra, Andri Setia Adam, Mohamad Widiyanti, Marlina Wahyudi, Tertiarto inflation interest rate liquidity (CR) profitability (ROE) rating ratio (PBV) solvency (DER) This study aimed to determine the effect of liquidity ratios (LR), solvency (DER), profitability (ROE), valuation ratios (PBV), inflation, and interest rates on stock prices of mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The research sample is 41 mining sector companies with a research period from 2015-2019. The results show that the liquidity ratio (CR) and solvency (DER) have no significant effect on stock prices of mining sector companies in 2015-2019. Bukit Asam, Tbk in 2020 as many as 58 companies. Determining the sample in this study uses a purposive sampling technique. With consideration to save time and effort and get more accurate results, the number of samples used in this study was 100 respondents distributed through distributing questionnaires. The multiple linear regression analysis results show that price has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty for domestic and export coal during the COVID-19 pandemic at PT Bukit Asam, Tbk. Sales promotion positively and significantly affected customer loyalty for domestic and export coal during the COVID 19 pandemic at PT Bukit Asam, Tbk. The price variable is expected to make adjustments in determining the price of coal by surveying competitors who sell coal. In the sales promotion variable, it is expected that the company can improve in doing more attractive advertising. The results obtained are as follows. First, the reason why women choose inner beauty yoga at the Ghanta Yoga Asram Denpasar is because women believe that doing inner beauty yoga and meditation every day can radiate inner beauty energy, making the body healthy, beautiful, and youthful. Second, the process of applying inner beauty yoga for women at the Ghanta Yoga Asram Denpasar is starting from socialization, initiation process, worship, the yoga implementation process is carried out from level I to level V and level of purification. The multiple linear regression analysis results show that brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Baturaja cement products. Price changes have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Baturaja cement products. Brand image, PT Semen Baturaja (Persero), Tbk should maintain the good image of PT Semen Baturaja (Persero), Tbk among the public because its status as a state-owned company does not guarantee to be the consumer's first choice. The applied methodology starts from the descriptive method and the descriptive systematization to build the experiences exposed by the authors and the data obtained in the diagnosis. This is one of the problems suffered by most educational institutions and has a direct impact on the socioeconomic development of this society, which surely compromises its future. Said argumentation of the problem raised is necessary for understanding in teaching and learning in students and their corresponding induction to optimal learning levels. In this sense, the purpose of this work is to analyze the factors that affect the school dropout of upper basic students of the Tosagua Educational Unit, of the Tosagua canton, in the 2021-2022 school period, as well as the strategies and practical procedures and specific ones that promote the inclusion of children and adolescents in the classroom. The learning process of the contents of language and literature in the students of upper basic Ureta-Mendoza, Tracy Miroslaba Mantilla-Vivas, Aura María academic performance content language and literature learning process The research was based on the investigation of the process of learning of the contents of language and literature in students of the upper basic of the Tosagua Educational Unit of the Tosagua canton in the period 2021-2022. The results obtained in the research carried out through diagnostic observation are shown, as a starting point to analyze the phenomenon under study. The problem of learning the contents of language and literature is conceived not only as an abstract system, but also as a communication instrument that can be used. A classification of the subjects on learning and the subject of language and literature of the students was carried out in the theoretical framework. Through the analysis of the contents of language and literature, the causes of errors in the learning process are revealed to improve the assimilation of knowledge by students. The objective is to determine the teaching-learning process of the language and literature subject of the upper basic students. The research has a qualitative, quantitative, descriptive, and documentary approach, in addition to the analytical method. Motor development in writing and playful movements in elementary school students Patiño-Robles, Jessica Jackeline Reyes-Meza, Orley Benedicto motor development playful movements students writing The research aimed to analyze the motor development in writing and playful movements in the students of the elementary school of the UE Manabí of the Chone Canton of the 2021-2022 school year., this presents situations that affect motor development, such as delay in developing and manipulating objects, such as scratching, cutting and drawings, these deficiencies cause delays in writing, as well as in recreational activities, being the responsibility of teachers and parents, the methodology used had a quantitative approach, for which the synthetic analytical deductive inductive methods were used and statistics, in addition to bibliographic consultations and data collection for which interviews with parents were applied, observation sheets to students, surveys to teachers, as a demonstrative class to students, with a population of 69 students and the sample of 34 students. The result was that motor skills are necessary in writing, for the development of playful movements and these aspects improve learning in the education of students.
