Measuring the Managerial Competence of Principals In Palangka Raya
The study was to evaluate the performance and professionalism of principals as school leaders, so it can be designed concrete efforts to repair and improve the quality of managerial principals in the days to come, especially in the city of Palangka Raya. The analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results of the research are the managerial capacity of the head of school in the city of Palangka Raya in planning a school for different levels of planning has been relatively good. The managerial capacity of the head of school in the city of Palangka Raya in developing the organization of the school according to need" has been relatively good. The managerial capacity of the head of school in the city of Palangka Raya in lead school in empowering the resources of the school has been relatively good. The managerial capacity of the head of school in the city of Palangka Raya in managing change and development of the school towards effective learner still needs to be improved, especially in terms of the implementation of innovations in order to develop effective learning.
