We provide free submission processing without publishing fees because we believe that authors should not be prevented to publish their work if they are not able to cover various costs. The scientific quality is more important for us. Accepted articles will get assigned DOI numbers without additional costs to authors. In addition, we will do our best to establsih cooperation with various indexing agencies in order to help authors to share their work more efficiently.

Workflow in all journals is designed with aim to cover all necessary aspects of submission, review, copyediting, production and publishing. We practise double blind peer review process in which neither reviewers nor authors will not know each other names so review can be impartial, objective and based only on academic rigor and scientific criteria.
