Abstract

This study aimed to discuss the closure of the Holywings between legal approaches and government policies in an era where information is increasingly flowing, and people trust the Law. The information and data that we collect from various sources, we examine the criminological approach, which involves coding data, sharp analysis, and also in-depth interpretation to get data that we can answer the problem in terms of credit and quality. Considering that the data on this issue is minimal, we are trying to find data -data that we get from various sources that we have used to answer the problem. After the discussion, the closure of the Holywings is based on the principle of legal justice for all business people. Also, the demands of the community where the holy wings bar business needs an active license. They have violated state regulations and policies and made a mistake in promoting sensitive religious figures. with the names of Muhammad and Mary. Having had breakfast, this friend will complete the study of legal science and also regulations regarding business permits that are being carried out.
