SLOAP’s Publication Ethics and Publication Malpractice policies are based  on guidelines stipulated by the following agencies:

• COPE – Committee on Publication Ethics
• ICMJE – International Committee of Medical Journal Editors

SLOAP supports open access publishing and strives to incorporate good practices in the publishing process. From submission to final publishing we strive to avoid unethical behavior. Our general policies are listed on the right side panel of the publisher site. Each journal’s detailed policies are mentioned on their respective websites.
