The following duties outlined for editors, copy editors, authors, and reviewers are based on the COPE Code of Conduct for Journal Editors, AERA Code of Ethics, and APA Publication Ethics.

Decisions to edit and publish are not determined by the policies of governments or any other agencies outside of the journal itself.
